In the neighboring building there are triple rooms spread over 3 floors, each with a single bed and a bunk bed. The rooms are bright, simple and functionally equipped. Shower/toilet and a lift are available. The room can be booked as a single, double or triple room.

In the main building four-bed rooms are spread over four floors. They are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed, a seating option and a small balcony. The rooms are simply and functionally furnished. If needed, an additional folding bed or baby bed can be placed in the room. A lift is available. The room can be booked as a single, double, triple or four-bed room.

Barrier-free Room

Our guesthouses have been reviewed and certified by “Reisen für Alle”. There are a total of ten wheelchair-accessible rooms including barrier-free bathrooms. Five four-bed rooms are equipped for hearing-impaired people.

Dormitories

During summer, martas Guesthouses offer a total of 10 shared rooms in the main building with space for up to six people. The rooms are located in the basement and are equipped with windows so that there is enough natural light. Bed linen is provided, towels can be borrowed from the reception for a small fee. The toilets and men’s and women’s showers are separate. A common room and a kitchen are available for free.

Rent Apartments

Our furnished apartments have all the amenities to make your stay in Berlin as pleasant as possible. The minimum rental period of an apartment is two months, the maximum rental period is six months. The one-bedroom apartment has 44 square meters and is priced at €49 per night. The two-room apartment with 55 square meters is 65 € per night. The prices include all utilities, a monthly intermediate cleaning and vary depending on the rental period. Both apartments are equipped with:

  • Double bed, sofa, desk and wardrobe
  • Free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and a telephone landline flat rate
  • Tiled bathroom with shower
  • Kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, basic set of kitchen utensils

Berlin “City Tax”

The city of Berlin levies a tax for all private overnight stays. This amounts to 5% of the net overnight price and is already included in the booking price.

Guests are exempt from this tax if the following criteria are met:

  • The trip is for business reasons.
  • You are self-employed or commercially active.
  • School trips with educational goals (proof required)
  • Participants in vocational training and further education (proof required)
  • Club trips, foundation trips and community leisure time (proof required)
